Let’s Move!

1 in 2 – Half of all individuals with disabilities get no physical activity (CDC). Access to athletic opportunities is a given for able bodied individuals, but individuals with disabilities are often left out of this common experience. The Core 3 Method provides a variety of opportunities for children and adults with disabilities to discover a lifelong passion for outdoor physical activity.

I was born into this line of work ! Literally . My family has helped the community for over 40’years and I was given the opportunity and privilege to interact and be part of all communities. Understating that we are all fidget but all the same was engraved in my dna 🧬 With the core 3 we have only scratched the surface of who we can help and where we can help them. I hope we set the bar high of others to follow in making sure our community is safe , healthy and always smiling.

Zeb White

Football, basketball, track & field and spending time with my family, music, traveling. Played sports my whole life elementary, middle school, high school, college . Always been a captain/Leader of my team. Got accepted to Seattle Washington for the Junior Olympics in 5th grade. I hold the single game receiving record at Sunnyside high school 6 receptions, 236 yards, 3 touchdowns.  I also hold the same record at Fresno city College 7 receptions, 268 yards, 3 touchdowns.

Working with this community brings me so much joy and fulfillment. There’s nothing quite like seeing the bright smiles and enthusiasm of people . as they learn, grow, and discover new things. It reminds me to approach life with that same sense of amazement and possibility. Every person deserves to feel supported, nurtured, and empowered to explore their interests and passions. By engaging with others through mentorship, tutoring, sports, arts programs, or other community activities, we can help shape their confidence, spark new ambitions, and equip them with valuable skills. It’s incredibly rewarding to be a positive influence and play a small role in their journeys.

Hannah Bragg

I’m a trainer at Core 3 gym! I’ve played sports my whole life growing up from basketball, softball, to track and field. But soccer was my game, I played until I finished 2 years at Clovis Community JC then continued the game by playing at Fresno indoor. Not only did I play sports I helped out behind the scene working with athletic trainers at 2 different high schools. I’m thankful to say I work here at Core 3 because I believe what we do here is needed in the community. I know we provide a safe environment for families who maybe never have experienced a safe place. We are a family here who encourage one another to be the best individual we can be. Come join us!

Morgan Monopoli

Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) through ISSA, Weckmethod Rotational Movement Training Specialist.
Fresno City College AA for transfer to Kinesiology, JV Water Polo Coach for 5 years at Hoover High School, Special Olympics Swim coach for 6 seasons

I’ve enjoyed Skateboarding since I was 7 years old and it’s still a passion of mine. Swam and played Water Polo for 3 years in high school which led me to coaching. I’ve been passionate about weightlifting since I was 15 years old And dove deep into Powerlifting style training, striving to gain strength and lift big numbers from 18-23 years old.

My relationship with lifting changed as I became more interested in moving and feeling more athletic and agile. I started exploring different avenues of fitness including – strongman style lifting and now a more functional style of movement that still strengthens and challenges the body in many ways. My curiosity and passion will keep me exploring movement in new ways every day.

I’ve always had a passion for teaching and coaching people to reach their potential, find confidence, and self worth through physical and mental feats. When I volunteered for Special Olympics my passion was noticed and I got to work one on one with an athlete helping them navigate the world and my life changed forever.

I realized that this is the community I’m supposed to be helping. My two passions collided and I couldn’t be any happier. My goal is to have an institution like Core 3 in every community of the world to give our people the care and quality of life they deserve.
